Sophie's Birthday

Sophie turned 2 on the 15th, and tonight we had her party. She was so excited all day long, we had pink balloons in the living room and she had a blast playing in them. She'll tell you that she's two when you ask, and adds that she's a big girl. It's pretty cute. The presents were put in a pile, but we made her wait until after dinner. She was so frustrated that she could have her presents, even though she didn't really understand what they were. Once we had her open one gift she went nuts! She was engrossed in her new toy until we brought her another gift, then she'd throw the one she was playing with and rush to the new one. It was pretty cute. She is so spoiled...just look and see!

She had an Elmo cake. Dustin and I made it, we should be professionals. :)

Sophie was so excited to have both sets of Grandparents there. She loves all of them. And a special thanks to my mom and dad for driving such a long way to see Sophie on her birthday! And I just want to say thanks for the cards and gifts. She's ones lucky little girl to have such a loving and caring family!

The Elmo cake is adorable! And when did your baby get so big? I guess I was imagining she is still a newborn. Cute little girls any way!

Happy Birthday Sophie! Glad to see she was spoiled for her birthday. I think sadly since this whole Preslee thing, I spoil my kids more. Different perspective on life I guess but then again I should maybe get some income first. Speaking of, hope the studying is going well for Dustin. Good luck with all the changes. I didn't realize you were in Rexburg. How is that going? :)
