This semester I am in a travel-study class. Which means that instead of doing an internship, I get to go somewhere during the semester for a day or more and it counts instead of an internship. Weird, I know. So I signed up for a Graphic Design travel group, since it was a two day trip (instead of the 5 day photography trip). We went last Thursday to SLC, the big time compared to Rexburg. We went to 6 firms in two days and were back Friday night before we knew it.
The cool thing was that Thursday evening I got to see my sisters, my niece and my mom! They came to visit me, and we went to dinner and walked around Temple Square. It's always fun to see my family, I love them! They should come visit me (wink, wink, nudge, nudge)

this sounds like so much fun! So much less time consuming than an internship... I always thought it was cool that BYU-Idaho had these sorts of options. I am gald you got to see your family! makes me want to see mine~
