Pretty

Sophie got a Christmas dress from her Grandma Jodi, and every time she wears it she gets a pleased look on her face and runs to the mirror to check herself out. She's definitely a girl!!We've been practicing smiling for photos, since we usually get the stone face, and she's doing really good! :)

We spent our Christmas holiday in Idaho with Dustin's family. We had a great time at the family parties and spending time with people we love. We love Christmas!
One perk of having a very small child on Christmas is that Grandpa Trent can't get us up at 5:00am to start the festivities. Thank you Sophie!
Sophie was spoiled and got toys, and bows, and books. But her favorite gift was the rocking chair that Santa brought. She looks so big, I can hardly stand it!

Here a few pictures from the rest of the Christmas eve party and morning....Preslee really liked Sophie's buttons.

Dad and Sophie

Grandpa Trent got an awesome hat in the white elephant gift exchange (too bad someone stole it from him later that night)

Uncle Mark taking a picture of his new baby in Uncle Greg's arms.

Coming down to see the spoils.

Grandma and Grandpa Siddoway

Dustin with our 72 hour kit. Awesome gift!

Uncle Rhett got luggage cause he's going on a mission this next year!

She is adorable in that little red dress. I'm singing "Baby (lady) in Red" in my head right now. Christmas is so much better with kids around! And I have to agree that a 72 hour kit is a great present. I'll have to remember that for next year.

Did Dustin just wake up? :) Wish we could have been there on Christmas Eve. Looks like you had a great holiday. I loved the little red dress. Isn't amazing how girls are just so girl. I am really looking forward to seeing the difference between Lydia and James. Are you hoping for a girl or boy?
