Happy New Year (8 days late)! Our new year was a very exciting this year, Sophie went to bed at 8:30 and Dustin and I stayed up watching a movie, then we realized that we had seven or so minutes until the new year, so we played a game of "wackee six" and when we finished one round we realized that we had missed the new year by 3 minutes, so I kissed him and we went to bed. I am actually proud of myself for staying up so late, since I was ready for bed when Sophie went down.
For a Sophie update, she is super smiley now, and pretty happy most of the time. She is amazing when it comes to bedtime, and doing much better at going down for a nap. I am nursing her, and she still is allergic to milk, and her stomach can't handle any of the good things in life (chocolate basically). My diet has changed, needless to say, since I pretty much ate chocolate for every meal. I guess this is God's way of telling me that I have an addiction and He knew this was the only way for me to overcome it. Seriously.
I love being a stay-at-home mom and not having to worry about anything other than Sophie, laundry, cleaning and food. It's so nice, except the bathroom. That is one job that I will definitely have my children do when they get old enough, I despise it.
I actually decided that I am going to do some part time Photography. I got my first job already taking engagements for a couple this Saturday. Wish me luck! I am trying to build up my portfolio, since I don't have much. So if any of you are interested in getting family pictures then let me know, I'd love to take them!
This is kind of random, but here are some fun pictures...

Happy New year, Im so glad you were able to come home for the Holidays, it was so fun to see you and Sophie. Your right, being able to stay home is the Best. Although I do have those days when I miss two incomes. Isn't it nice to have a talent you can use to make a little extra money with out taking babies to a sitter. Good luck
