BIG JUDS

This weekend we took my parents to Big Juds, a hamburger place outside of Rexburg. They're famous for their 1lb hamburgers, and the "Big Jud challenge" which is if you can eat the entire 1lb burger and a side of fries by yourself, you not only leave with the pride of knowing you can eat that much, but you get your picture on the wall, and free ice cream (like anyone would want ice cream after eating that much!) I am convinced that many throw up after trying.
My parents could see into the kitchen, and all my mom could say was, "That is disgusting" while my dad sat there salivating.

Here is the monster burger. We split in into 4th's, but my dad ate my leftovers and my mom's, so he consumed probably a third or more of the burger and tons of fries.

My dad now has a new goal, to get Mike (my brother-in-law), and Dustin to go with him to take on the Big Jud challenge.
It was fun to have them in town for a few days. A few other highlights from their visit: My mom and I made nursing covers, and we drove out to Mesa Falls to see the falls, which were beautiful! We also played games and ate WAY too much, it was fun to have them here!

He's a Hansen Man oh-right! My Dad would have been so proud. I'm glad they got up there to see you one more time before BaBy! You are getting so close.

Cute blog. It made me hungry just looking at that burger. BUT, if the kitchen isn't clean, don't think I could eat there. Also, just a hint, check out the bathrooms. If they aren't clean, get the heck out of Dodge.

Alisha, This baby is so close to coming! I think it makes it exciting not knowing the gender. Good luck with everything baby-related, and with school, you are almost done!

If there was ever any question about our dad's being brothers, it could be all resolved by the love of "truck stop" type food. It's got to be genetic.

Alisha,
This is going to seem like a funny post since you don't know me...My husband and I went to high school with Dustin and he and I were in a lot of the same classes and did debate together and stuff. I happened across your blog via a friends site. It is so fun to see what old friends are up to. Tell Dustin "Hi" from Chelsi Sutton (Linderman now) and congrats to both of you on the baby!
